And with Louisiana Blues™ Wild Blue Catfish — harvested by 80+ Louisiana fishing families from the Pearl River and Lake Des Allemands — we're offering something no farm-raised product can: wild, free-swimming, antibiotic-free catfish with a clean, mild flavor and a story worth telling.
