      A La Carte Specialty Foods Was Founded By Karl Turner after 12 years of experience as the executive director of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board. Turner has worked with many of the top chefs in Louisiana as well as the leading seafood processors throughout the nation.

      A La Carte creates custom-blended high-quality, ready-to-serve soups, sides, entrees, and sauces; delectable,  authentic New Orleans-style dishes; and popular regional, national, and international items.
