A La Carte Specialty Foods Was Founded By Karl Turner after 12 years of
experience as the executive director of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board. Turner
has worked with many of the top chefs in Louisiana as well as the
leading seafood processors throughout the nation.
