Seafood Gumbo

A delicious combination of fresh Gulf crabmeat & tender shrimp is appropriate with any meal. Celery, onions, bell peppers and garlic are tenderly sauteed and added to a delicate balance of Creole tomatoes, seafood stock, walnut roux and special seasonings. This marvelous mixture is cooked down and finished with fresh herbs, before adding crabmeat and shrimp. Served over hot rice, perfect as an appetizer or entree.
